HMB capsules
This HMB seems to be of good quality. It prevents breakdown of muscles after working out and and shortens recovery time in 1/2. The label says 1000mg which is misleading. 2 capsules are 1000mg which makes each one 500mg. That makes the bottle 120 grams of product, not 240 grams. It's a play on words to make you think you're getting more HMB than you think. Other than that it seems to do its job. I had other HMB that had was totally useless and HMB that was potent and I only needed 2 grams to feel results. This product works with 3 grams a day (6 x 500mg capsules) that is the tested amount in universities. The results are less muscle loss when trying to cut up for summer and no loss of strength/energy when lowering carbohydrates. For the price it's a good deal.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Actually noticed an increase in my recovery time and not so sore after long wade fishing. In my 60's and had noticed weaker legs and recovery time after outings was an issue.
