About this product
Product Information
MOSCOW, July 1987. Real-estate tycoon Donald Trump visits Russia for the first time at the invitation of the Soviet government. LONDON, December 2016. Luke Harding meets former MI6 officer Christopher Steele to discuss the president-elect's connections with Russia. Harding follows two leads; money and sex. WASHINGTON, January 2017. Steele's explosive dossier alleges that the Kremlin has been 'cultivating, supporting, and assisting' Trump for years and that they have compromising information about him. Trump responds on Twitter, 'FAKE NEWS'. In Collusion, award-winning journalist Luke Harding reveals the true nature of Trump's decades-long relationship with Russia and presents the gripping inside story of the dossier. It features exclusive new material and draws on sources from the intelligence community. Harding tells an astonishing story of offshore money, sketchy real-estate deals, a Miss Universe Pageant, mobsters, money laundering, hacking and Kremlin espionage. He shines a light on powerful Russian players like Aras Agalarov, Natalia Veselnitskaya and Sergey Kislyak, whose motivations and instructions may have come from Vladimir Putin himself. The special prosecutor, Robert Mueller, has already indicted several of the American protagonists, including Trump's campaign manager, Paul Manafort. More charges are likely as the crisis engulfs Trump's administration. This book gets to the heart of the biggest political scandal of the modern era. Russia is reshaping the world order to its advantage; this is something that should trouble us all.

- a***a (145)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseQueried the seller about dust jacket and received helpful (and truthful) reply which made me confident to buy the book. Free postage, plus discount for buying a second book, meant it was very good value and I am pleased with both books. Condition better than described and promptly delivered. Just one point - the thin plastic postage packaging risks damage - on this occasion all ok. Even a sheet of newspaper or similar would give some protection, and not add much weight.
- 1***1- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI've bought hundreds of books from goldstonebooksuk in just the last few weeks alone, because of the amazing discounts on the books for multiple-book purchases (the more books you buy, the higher the discount, all the way up to 50%!). The books have always lived up to the description, or better than described. All well-packed, with super-quick delivery. Exceptional support whenever I've contacted them. Awesome seller. The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency Collection - McCall Smith, Alexander - Paperb (#388325223288)
- a***i (790)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseExcellent service. Prompt despatch. Well packaged. The only problem I had was that as the DVD was new and sealed, the disc was moving freely inside the DVD. What had happened one of the inside holders of the disc had broken. I contacted the seller who confirmed they were not responsible for sealing the DVD. My recommendation would be if you purchase a DVD from this Company could they check with their suppliers both holders in the disc are secure before sealing!
