    Photo shows slight damage to outer postal package only. Buyer actually got fast response and immediate full refund but still put negative feedback which is over-reaction to a simple matter that was easily and quickly resolved.

    Thank you. Naturally Thai are currently updating packaging. Sorry for confusion. Pure natural Black Ginger is always gray color, lighter or darker. Never pure black. If it's black color then it could be fake or mixed with charcoal.
