Proved to be an extremely difficult purchase. At first it seemed it hadn't been dispatched and eventually, the other day, two weeks later, eBay emailed that it had been, after all. I told the seller but offhandedly wanted my address details once again to send a refund. And now I have the item in my hands! There is one other purchase for delivery or refund. Only time will tell.

I have followed everything eBay have suggested and to date no reply? Otherwise the stamps and packaging where great!
