    A touched-up classic!

    If you weren't fortunate enough to be alive when this game first came out for the Super Nintendo (titled Final Fantasy II), then this version is ideal for new games who like playing their gaming history. FFII was the spark that lit the turn-based RPG rage that took over the SNES, highlighted by it's sequel Final Fantasy III. If you like turn-based RPG gaming, FFII was the catalyst (not including the NES games), and I think you'll enjoy it immensely. Keep in mind that this is a slower-paced game with some decent depth to the story and a bit of character layering. Also keep in mind that older games like this are HARD. They can be challenging (read: near impossible to move forward) if you rush through them. You've got to take your time and level-up. This game is fun and can because ...

    Great value for RPG nostalgia buffs

    Final Fantasy games are usually a bit spendy to buy individually for the DS or GBA, but this packs a few of the earliest (except FF3) onto one cartridge. Was sent from China but arrived swiftly. Wonderful.
