      Very good product

      This product is easy to apply to the lawn and has a fast effect on weeds. It does not leave the lawn covered in black patches as some products do. It will probably need a second application in a few weeks. I deducted one star as the bottle safety top must have been faulty or not properly closed and there had been a little leakage which wasn’t pleasant.

      LAWN WEEDS

      Not given full marks for this product as we predominantly bought it for clover which we have in large patches. Having waited 2 weeks, we are not sure it has been successful as the clover is brown in some places and looks normal in others. We had hoped for a complete cull but I think we may have to treat it again and hope for the best.

      Vitax Recommended

      I was very bothered with weeds growing up through my lawn. On advice from a gardening expert I tried Vitax Lawnclear. To be honest I thought it wasn't working as there seemed to be no change for a couple of days, but Eureka on the 3rd day all weeds dead and grass still thriving,, what a great result! will definitely use Vitax again and recommend it to anyone with the same problems.       Use of Vitax lawn clear weed killer.

      Have used the vitax lawn clear weed killer on a lawn with many daisies and some buttercups and dandelions. So far the daisies seem to be affected by the product and are dying off. Still awaiting final results of treatment.

      This seems to be the only weedkiller which works on Yellow Suckling Clover (Lesser Trefoil)

      This product is hard to find in garden centres for some reason. Found it on Ebay though. I bought it in the hope that it would eradicate the Lesser Trefoil which is taking over my lawn. It worked brilliantly. It remains to be seen whether the weed returns but the treatment, applied with a sprayer at close range) seems to be very effective. The clover was all brown and dead-looking after a week (this was before the drought).
