I received the phone in perfect, gorgeous condition. It had been carefully packed. The only problem was that it was missing a cord. I wrote to the seller asking if it had been left out by accident. They responded within hours, saying they couldn't find the cord, but offering a full refund if I sent it back, or partial refund if I wanted to keep it. So classy!!!
