    This was a great deal to begin with and when there were delivery delays they made sure to check with the dispatcher. On top of that, the chair was in great, practically factory condition and when the headrest arrived with a slight crack, they got back to me quick and said they were sending me a replacement right away.     This is a great chair from a great brand Hinomi. The chair was delivered in 1 day by FedEx following the order. Amazing fast delivery and the box arrived nicely packed. It took me a whopping 7 minutes from unboxing to assembly to adjusting the chair to my ideal setting :) The chair has a lot of adjustments from the height of the backrest to the lumbar support and armrest. I chose the Medium size which would be ideal for users up to 170cm in height. Highly recommended from an amazing seller.
