The book is a memoir, a practical guide backed up by science, a workbook, and an exciting example of how Caitlin Margaret works in her professional practice. It reads well and should be read often."--Charles Biss, director of the Child, Adolescent and Family Unit of the Vermont Department of Mental Health "In an exceedingly refreshing, energetic, and user-friendly look at the benefits and tools of positivity, Caitlin accomplished a unique and much overlooked task. Good price for the book. Shipping was slow. Messaged the seller a week after I ordered it to see when they were going to ship it. They responded immediately and said it would be shipped out soon. Got it about a week later. Book did arrive in the date range that they provided though Minimal packaging. Book is Shrink wrapped and only wrapped in thin plastic. No bubble wrap. Book is in good shape though.
