    I ordered the server and it was as described however, when I tried to boot the server it didn't start. I contacted the sell and they communicated with me to try to troubleshoot the issue. When the issue could not be resolved they said to return the item and they would give me a full refund. They payed for the shipping. Although I had an issue, I added this provider to my saved servers list. I'm confident that the issue came about during the shipping. I would definitely recommend this seller!!

    The server chassis was in great shape and very well cleaned. A hard drive tray was damaged in shipping and they sent a replacement hard drive tray right away. The packaging was done very well, it was just unlucky. Great professional communication.
