    Great alternative, and solution

    I bought this because I wanted less rebound. I'd been experiencing some unintended after-strikes as a result of rebound and my technique. I also adjusted the threshold, which pretty much took care of the problem but had already ordered the KT-10. I was anxious to try it when it arrived and it worked out great once I adjusted the spring tension to my liking. It's much easier to set up, less to carry and it fits in my hardware bag inside another padded bag. It was a win-win for me.

    The Lamborghini of kick trigger pedals.

    An excellent trigger for the Nord Drum 3P. Just incredible. They need to make an actual pedal with a beater for acoustic drums. Or how about a Hi Hat pedal to match this? Best kick trigger EVER. The Ferrari of kick triggers. So glad I got this in an open box for under 200. Yum!

    Quality material and durable.

    I am using this pedal to work as a kick, mostly four on the floor or accents in latin styles like salsa. For these purposes this pedal works well. It has adjustable resistance and is built from quality material. I haven't used it live yet, but for recording and practice it has worked well.
