    Window regulator arrived, opened it up, mechanism was broken. Asked to send replacement. Seller asked for pics, I sent them, didn't reply for a long time, seller then had the audacity to claim that I had broken it. Gave seller 24 hours to give refund or I was opening a case, seller didn't reply. Opened case, ebay ruled in my favour almost straightaway, got refund but had to pay £15 to return regulator to seller. Absolutely terrible communication and very unprofessional. AVOID
