best replacement for cigarettes in the short term
I use this when I cannot have a cigarette indoors or around non-smokers. Delivers more nicotine than gum or vaping and no side effects. Patches may work better for longer periods of time, but patches are not always convenient. Great that this is finally available in the US. I have used a similar product in Europe for a few years. Cost is similar. I find that gum makes my gums hurt, and vaping gunks up my lungs no matter which brand I have tried. I also prefer this over tablets. It's portable and has enough product to use for an extended trip if you are trapped at a conference or on transit and cannot smoke. It might make me cough if I get it in my lungs rather than just mouth. But I cough more with the gum for some reason. When I have this with me, I have peace of mind, and that ... Personally, I like it and see a future of it in me moving forward from vaping to not vaping. Although I have been vaping for years and enjoying it, it has been a pain in the neck as I diy it in coils, cotton, and bulk juice. With this product, I don't have to worry about replacing my coils daily or several times a day to achieve the purest vape nor do I have to worry about the battery or have multiple batteries. This product is simple in design. A quick spray in the mouth! Done deal! I have tried many other products before. I've been able to quit smoking with the nicotine nasal spray before as well as the patch. But, the nasal spray (prescription only) has gotten extremely expensive. I have also tried another product I liked: Rogue quick dissolve nicotine candy tablets. They ... Personally, I like it and see a future of it in me moving forward from vaping to not vaping. I haven’t used this product for long but so far seems to work. It also curbs appetite. It is quite hot on the tongue so I’ve only been using about half a spray. It definitely wouldn’t be fun for someone looking to use it as a form of nicotine use, as I’ve seen in some reviews. I also did FDA research on the symptoms which states that the symptoms aren’t serious. Time will tell if I can continue to handle the hot mint sensation, but the product does work.
