They are the worst delivery company out there. So far I’ve been given three time slots on different days and on each their driver never arrived. DPD are far and away the best and you can track their driver so you know exactly where he is.

When I asked for the case which was pictured on the advert I was told it was shown by mistake and if I wanted it it was an extra £20. That is not acceptable. If there is a case it should be included in the price. What use is a case without the glasses?
