This seller was quick to initiate a refund and all is well. I would recommend this seller for purchase!!!

In 15yrs of wearing this style/brand of shoes I've never had that problem. I believe this was just faulty manufacturing. The issues were not apparent when purchased nor upon arrival. I contacted the seller who quickly responded, apologized for the issue, was kind & understanding, & issued a refund immediately.
