No details were given that the MacBook was missing charger, battery being very degraded and defect with the screen was not mentioned. Id recommend that the seller improves their descriptions to include this information like other seller s on this site. I can fault the sellers communication hense the positive review and the seller was happy to process a return.

I am going away tomorrow & only purchased this as it had Next Day Delivery. Then waited the whole next day for nothing. They then told me that it will be sent on the following day (already not good). I then received it to get the conference calls ready whilst I am away to find the camera does not work!! Now speaking to eBay to only deal with them whilst I complete the report that they have also advised me to do.

Seller sent NO charger and only after I complained claimed “it was never included.” Now I can’t even power on the laptop or check if it works at all. Asked for refund to cover charger, seller just stalled, saying he’d consult eBay. Listing is misleading, seller unhelpful. Avoid if you want a full product and honest service!
