1 hp Wayne sump pump Works great, 6 seconds to evacuate sump pit. 1 hp might be a little much for our water situation but time will tell.
1 hp Wayne replaced a 1/3 hp Zoeller M53 that had a bad float switch. Have since replaced switch and kept the M53 for backup. Wayne pump is quiet smooth and powerful. Very cable pump for water evacuation . Based on ratings and reviews I’m trying the Wayne pump. Looks and works very well
I an using this unit to replace an 11 year old Wayne 3/4 hp pump.. I just removed the old pump yesterday and between it and the old check valve it did a lot of "air hammering" when cycling. This new pump and check valve are very quiet and efficient. I'm glad I purchased this unit. It did arrived new in an unopened box in undamaged condition and ready to install.
