      Poor communication from the seller—they didn’t respond to messages. Item was delayed a week due to their holiday. I requested Royal Mail Tracked 48 to ensure it arrived in time for an event, which was easily covered by the £4.50 postage I’d paid. Seller said it was sent but gave no tracking. When I followed up, no reply. On the due date, no delivery or tracking, so I had to buy another dress. It finally arrived via Evri later that day. A stressful, disappointing experience—I wouldn’t buy again.
