    I ordered a 34" L roll of red cellophane as described on-line, but when it arrived it was only 24"L. I contacted the seller and they sent me a return label which says "This site not available." I have contacted the seller a good 6 times about this and the problem I am having, and they just keep replying back to me to print it which I cannot do, so we just go round and round, they are Japanese, and may not understand my explanation, but if they are like this they shouldn't even be in busines.
