You are a Grey Warden, one of the last of an ancient order of guardians who are tasked with defending the land from all threats. After being betrayed by a trusted ally in a critical battle, you are determined to put an end to the games, find the traitor, and bring him to justice. Your adventure takes you through monstrous foes and epic quests as you seek to defeat your many enemies. As a leader, you must make terribly difficult decisions despite the blood on your hands. Dragon Age: Origins – Collector’s Edition gives you six original stories to choose from, allowing you to take on a different personality every time you play your Xbox 360 video game. Dragon Age: Origins for the Xbox 360 features three playable character classes, which are accessible in the form of three races. Within these three classes, you have endless customization options, ensuring that no two characters will ever be the same. Dragon Age: Origins is a 3D-oriented RPG based in a dark, heroic fantasy world where you must make difficult moral choices as you move through your adventure. Each of the six unique origin stories available affects the hero’s motivations and experience, and these render a unique beginning, adventure, and possible ending. There are many different endings possible in this Xbox 360 game, based on the origin story of the character and the choices you make as you play through Dragon Age: Origins. A Though Dragon Age: Origins is a single-player role-playing game, you can create a party of up to three non-player characters (NPCs). You then control these characters as they help you with your quest. While you can choose to adventure alone, your chances of success will be slim. Choosing the right allies and making the right choices are vital to completing the game and reaching your goals. The interaction between your character and the NPCs can range from hostility to romance, depending on your choices and chosen origin story. Dragon Age: Origins uses a play-and-pause system and also features a combination of a loot system and a money-based system that uses gold, silver, and copper. Your character can use traps, spells, poison, herbs, weapons, and more. You can even chain-cast spells together to create unique effects. Create completely different games by playing through again with different choices. Dragon Age: Origins – Collector’s Edition also includes additional content. There is a DVD with videos, soundtrack, concept art, and a “making of” documentary, as well as a cloth game map, game tips, and three pieces of exclusive in-game content: a helmet made from dragon bone, a special book that gives +3 to all attributes, and a magical staff of immense power. The collector’s edition also includes an unlockable bonus quest for the character Shale, called The Stone Prisoner. This game also has a version available on the PlayStation 3 (PS3). The PS3 version has the same content as the Xbox 360 version.
