    Unfortunately not a great experience - the item was listed as new with tags and would have been great if it had arrived in that condition but unfortunately the packaging was damaged in transit and arrived with dirty marks. Had it been double bagged or packed more robustly I think there would not have been a problem. Communication from the seller was ok but a bit slow and brusque at times around the refund and no apology for the inconvenience. Ebay resolved the issue so all ok in the end.

    The item WAS new with tags. Unfortunately I could not foresee that the packaging would be damaged in transit and dirty the item. I requested that you return item for a full refund and refunded you on the day I received the item back. As the seller I have been left out of pocket with damaged goods that I cannot resell and also the return postage costs and to top it off my first NEUTRAL FEEDBACK
