    Just avoid this arrogant little seller. Absolutely refused to entertain any idea of a paltry refund of £14 for a lost parcel. Claimed it was delayed because of the bank holiday... yet the item had already been lost in tracking for 2 days and the Bank holiday was still 3 days into the FUTURE at the time of his message !!! Finally ebay refunded me a full week after the last updated tracking date.

    The refund was processed by myself this morning, which as explained I couldn’t process until a week after the suggested delivery date in case the item got delivered, else I couldn’t process the lost parcel. I’m a personal seller and not a business. The Bank Holiday was mentioned due to the influx of parcels which can potentially cause delays, messaging first before opening a case 3 days after the parcel was dispatched would have been a better approach…
