    Great seller and very good communication and solution to an unexpected problem. We had an issue with the printer when it was first delivered as it got slightly damaged in delivery and wasn’t working. We contacted the seller and they straight away responded and didn’t doubt anything. They organised collection of the printer and offered to send us a replacement one - same model- on their own costs.     Excellent printer which is the Which? Magazine best buy.

    I purchased this used item on Ebay UK. There was no installation disk, but despite this I found it easy to install using the Epson website. I had been concerned that it was not shipped top up, as recommended. However, there was no ink leakage or problems with setup. Ink was already loaded with approx 75% levels. One head cleaning was required before the test page was satisfactory. Print quality is good on paper and CDs and DVDs. I am glad to get rid of ink cartridges at last, and I have now disposed of my 2 previous Epson Photo printers with CD printing ability.

    Great photo printer and cheap to run!

    I bought this printer having bought a 4 colour ecotank printer and could see the benefits. As a keen photographer, I wanted a better photo printer with 6 inks and this one doesn't disappoint! Really easy to set up and the print quality is great. Being an ecotank printer means I can print and not worry about the cost of replacing a set of cartridges like I did on my Canon photo printer. To sum up, if you like your prints but don't want to go through cartridges again and again, this printer would also be a good choice for you...

    Save money over time

    More expensive initially but saves money over time due to bulk ink tanks This machine is ideal for photo printing - 6 cartridges Quality of printing is excellent Do use the printer at least weekly to stop the print head drying out. Well constructed

    Happy in the end

    Once set up it's a dream to use picture quality is perfect for my needs getting it set up is something else but as we've all learnt in the past uninstalled and reinstalled finally worked get it set up for phone table printing was very easy PC not but happy in the end
