PS3 Game Station
With the release of the PS5 before Xmas, I thought the price of PS3s might come down to an affordable level. I bought one with several games included, second hand, through eBay. I only use it occasionally but it's great fun & a useful distraction during Lockdown. I've tried a few games & any I'm not keen on or I know my son would like, I pass on to him. I particularly like Flight Simulator games & am disappointed with how few are available for PS3. I wanted to fly a Cessna or similar, an Boeing 747 and such like. Mostly available on PCs. Lots of the war games are addictive and obviously violent. I'm glad my son didn't have these when he was younger. I'm now exploring Fifa and Car racing games....Great fun but the whole thing can be a time stealer....make sure the gamers get some sun & fresh air occasionally. I'm 71 and I really enjoy the PS3 in small doses. Choose games carefully according to age & sensibilities....some are possible mind benders!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

OK but problem with disk
The overall rating is good now that I have sorted the following problem. On most occasions different discs don't play. I cleaned the optics which did not solve problem. I came on the answer on YouTube. The cover tray does not completely close. I need to close the tray and then hold it completely closed until I hear the disc start up. I feel that the previous owner must have known of this problem but it was not reported.
