Pictures which show signs of wear but the wear and tear was more severe than appears on the photos. If an item is used, I expect wear, but was well beyond normal wear and tear. Contacted seller, who was rude and obstructive and I ended up having to raise a case. I have received a refund now, but the seller was definitely not on board with this. Seemed good value such a shame.
