That seller only replied, "Don't worry, it will get there". Same thing here - no help from seller. This time, the delay was only two days, no big deal, not a month late. I purchased a water pressure gauge from them which was defective.After contacting them they immediately offered a refund or another gauge. I opted for the gauge and it arrived in triple padded envelope. They are now my first go to for marine related purchases! 5 stars!
