    Instructions are easy to follow

    The program is shown with three levels of ability so it's useful for lots of folks. I like how the instructors take into account that watching their demonstrations need "translating" as far as right and left go--when they demonstrate "your right arm/leg/side" they are actually using their left arm/leg/side. So no mind-twisting translating to figure out which arm and leg to move. It could have been a little more challenging, but as a beginning program it's good.

    I truly love this. I've tried many in the past & can honestly say I've never stuck with a workout or yoga video for long. This guides you through slowly, gives you options how to do the different exercises. I like the two disks because you can change your workout daily depending how you feel. Perfect for us seniors!
