    The item arrived within the advertised time in secure packaging. The condition was very and as described. I have bought from this seller several times and I’m always pleased with their exceptional value and reliability. Free postage is good, but they use Evri who I think let them down. Evri are good with advance communication, but delivery invariably fails to meet the time period, and items are just left on doorstep (very insecure). Other than this, the seller is brilliant.

    The delivery was done very quickly - I received the laptop within 48 hours. The packaging was very good, filled with professional packing material and air filled packaging. My MacBook Air was unscathed throughout and was as described in the product description. I do wish they had real pictures of the MacBook so I could see where the minor scratches were. Their customer support was also brilliant and they respond very quickly; they also offer a 30-day return in case you change your mind.
