    I use this book in the classroom to help students discover that numbers/data can be used to create different perceptions. They are not just absolute facts like bricks, but pieces in buildings that can take many shapes - good, bad, ugly, etc. It opens their eyes to how statistics can create misperceptions or help discern truth.
