    Change your diet

    This is a great book, and the recipes are easy to follow and delicious. It helps you understand that you need to change what you eat in order to have any significant weight loss success, and exercise compliments this effort. For those complaining about having to purchase new and different ingredients, you do not get the fact that what is in your pantry is what makes you fat, and if you're not willing to get the stuff out, don't waste your money on (any) diet or life style change book.
