Bowl on bottom layer, packed tilted , had 2 light bulb boxes set inside it & thin bubble wrap bag around it. I contacted the seller, &sent several requested pics of the broken item & packed box still. They refused to refund/return & only offered me $15 on a part costing $41 on EBay that THEY looked up. Their “quality control dept” determined it was MY fault!? HOW!? Never even tried installing!Hampton Bay 52371 Southwind 52" Indoor Venetian Bronze Ceiling Fan Light Remote (#388608149730)
