      Unfortunately, the package arrived damaged due to the shipping company. The envelope was visibly dented, and the card itself was slightly bent and wrinkled on the back (see photo). This was absolutely not the seller’s fault, as everything was handled correctly on their end. It’s a real shame, but I appreciate the seller’s effort and professionalism. Hopefully, the courier company will improve their service in the future.
