They were one week late, having appeared to lose the package. Twice it was ‘out for delivery’ but never arrived, the third time it finally showed up. The packaging was totally destroyed, crushed and torn but luckily a golf club is fairly robust and it survived. This is the fourth time EVRI have delivered to me and not once has it gone well. One was lost for two weeks.
