      Hello this is very unfair i offered to send the correct item as soon as i was aware of the mix up but the buyer refused and has not opened a return through ebay instead they asked for my personal address which is not allowed it is simply untrue to say i did not want to resolve this i followed the correct process and gave every opportunity to fix the issue
