    Battery lasts about one week, depending on how much it's needed.

    This has transformed a lunatic puppy, into a dog that pays attention...well most of the time. My puppy was 8 months old when I got her and shortly after I got this training collar. Most of the time I don't need to put the collar on her...just have to show her the remote and she stops bad behaviors. A friend recommended this, and it's great. I got the one with two collars, I always have one to use while the other is charging. When I first got it, I was really pleased I made the choice to get both collars.

    Some what disappoints

    I have two collars but it only came with one set of rubber covers, for the prongs in the collar, and the extension they was sent with collars don’t fit. If I would have received two set of rubber covers and the extension fit these would be an awesome deal, and I would highly recommend them, but Since I have two collars and no way to adjust them I would not recommend them. Now maybe mine was innocently not complete.

    When it works it works.

    I see a lot of folks don't need much juice to get their dogs attention. Bull Terrier owners may need to turn it up! My English Bull Terrier completely ignores the vibrate mode after the first few times. It was working on her in shock mode at 35 to keep her from harassing our steer but now when she is wanting to play and see other dogs I've had to go as high as 85. Some times it seems as if it is not working at all even when it is fully charged. It gets her attention good when she is not expecting it but once she is determined to do what she is not supposed to she just shakes it off as if to say "Is that all you got."Also even though she has short hair she needs the second size up on the probes. Also the remote is constantly falling of my belt. All in all it's a pretty good deal for most. ...

    Great device!

    Great quality, features, and very easy to use. We trained our dog and goat in a week with these! We gave them a minor shock once, then only used the vibrate option on them after that. We highly recommend this for a variety of "no" training.
