    I ordered some bits from the seller who lives in EU, they promptly shipped and it quickly crossed the pond to the US then fell into some hide hole at the US Customs office waited for a month. Told the vender who was unable to do anything to break loose the envelope (probably crushed between the rollers on some sorting machine) and instructed me to wait a week then inform eBay. I waited 3 weeks then informed eBay at which point the seller issued a refund. Seller was Great, US Customs not so much.
