    Comprehensive book for people who can actually cook!

    As a keen cook, I have found many of the Low Carb recipe books really rather boring. Tom's book offers plenty of brilliantly thought out recipes, some needing more time and effort than others (so dinner parties are easy to cater for without really making "I'm on a diet" statements with the food. There are quick meals, challenging meals, lunches and snacks galore. Something to cook no matter how much time I have.
