Well I guess the factory must put an hour long conference recording for good measure then. Plus the rechargeable batteries not included as per what Iisted would come with from new !!!! When I messaged him it was a rude I don't care send it back. No way to Reason with him. BE AWARE ITEM WONT BE LISTED CORRECT. AVOID !!!
