I have used both the vape machines and the Nicorette spray.whatever oil i used for the vape i always got blisters on the inside of my lips (i think i am allergic to the oil). with the vape machines you always have half a dozen puffs. with the nicorette, which i have been using since january, i only need 2 squirts. i find that i can go hours with out feeling i need to use it again. my husband uses the vape and is always puffing on it. the nicorette spray lasts me about 3-4 weeks. that is based on 2 squirts half a dozen times a day. i havent had a cigarette since using the sprays. i usually pay inbetween £18 and £20 for the duo so it works out extremely cheap compared to smoking and you still get the nicotine hit. there is only one tiny downside to the sprays and i have found it is a ... Nicorette Quickmist is the best product for sale to help anyone give up smoking, right from the first use I have never craved for a cigarette, I only gave 3 stars instead of 5 because of 3 issues, the first being is that it is very addictive and trying to get off of it is just as hard as trying to give up smoking but at least they are not harmful to your health, which brings me to my second issue, because of being so addictive it works out very expensive. I quit smoke thanks to quickmist! Long time ago, years ago. But I so much used to it that I’m using it all the time. It has great taste. When you spray on your tongue do not swallow it straight away. Keep it a while on your tongue. You can get nasty heartburn if you swallow too quick. You can also get a hiccup. But still I love this spray, I hope I can stop using it one day. Great aid to stop smoking.
I tried all the different nicotine replacements when I stopped smoking and this was definitely the most effective. After 30yrs of smoking, I manage just fine with this instead of cigarettes. It can be a bit strong the first time you use it, but it gets better after the first day of using it. Now for me it is just like using a fresh breath spray as I have been using it for five months now.
