    I was sent a box without the cartridge instead of the product they were listing… They offered a partial refund: 50% of the product price, but that was way off the price I paid (VAT, terribly expensive shipping from US to Spain). I accepted it to avoid the hassle of returning it, as that would be very time-consuming, and it would cause me more costs (shipping to the US again, and the VAT which I will never recover). Don't do business with this seller.
