Our Store purchased a great deal of Central American new old stock from N.S. Meyer Inc. after they went out of business in the 1990s. The patch was specifically identified as Nicaraguan Army Headquarters which was supplied to Nicaragua by N.S. Meyers in the 1960s & 1970s.
