So worth it!
Decided to take a chance on my old tumble dryer and strip it down to find out what was wrong. By no means am I a DIY expert, but had nothing to lose except a bit time. Found out quickly the faulty/broken part and with the magic of eBay ordered it to arrive on a day I had some more time and within 45 mins tumble dryer was running like new! As I said before, I am no mechanic, but managed this easy enough - I agree with eBay shops advice; let’s stop being a throw away nation - have a go, for under a tenner it’s a gamble worth taking!
