does the job. super sharp picture

I had some visual quality issues on a 128k spectrum I bought on eBay (the device is just getting old) and I looked on eBay for a solution and found this cable. It plugs into the RGB output of the Spectrum 128k and the additional 3.5mm is plugged into the 'MIC' socket on the side so sound is output through the TV. The picture quality is night and day. Obviously it is not equivalent to a HDMI/DVI or Displayport on a current PC, but I wouldn't expect it to be, but it is certainly better than the more than terrible RF output. The cable was long enough and I remember being a teenage all over again, except this time I had a better picture quality and it looked really good. It's well worth getting so you don't have to faff around with RF tuning.
