Great if your tiles are good quality and have a smooth surface.
This was applied to a sealed limestone tile floor where the tiles are all different. The person who owned the house at the time and laid them bought a job lot of end of line tiles so some are much rougher than others and some are more porous than others. Despite a couple of coats of sealer it needed 2 coats on the less porous ones to create a shine and this looks better than I expected but 3 coats on the more porous ones, even then some of them have no sheen at all which is worse than I expected so will need further coats.So if you have a good quality low porous surface this is great, if however you have rough surface tiles be prepared to use several coats.This was applied to a sealed limestone tile floor where the tiles are all different. It does what it says on the label and easy to use. I tend to do our stone floors last thing at night which then gives them several hours to dry thoroughly.
