    Yes, it is exactly that.

    It's hilarious to review a replacement part, but... yup, it fits where it's supposed to fit, it's a one-piece design so I hope it lasts at least as long as its predecessor, and it's clear -- the broken part it replaces had been coffee-stained for years, not that it matters one bit regarding the quality of the coffee the machine produces. About the only not-perfect thing could be that it's a rather tight fit initially, but really, it's better than a loose fit. It does its job as a static grinder lid.

    Love the Cuisinart coffee makers and think it's great that one easily can find replacement parts so one doesn't have to purchase a whole new coffee machine.

    perfect replacement

    I bought this to replace a lid that cracked. This one doesn't have the exact shape of the other, but it seems to be sturdier. I think it's an improvement overall
