It’s a great book and it really pulls you in to all the songs You get fresh insights into them and adds to the Actual listening experience The tragedy is The author committed suicide in 2003 I think this book could have involved and involved. I’m really enjoying this particular updated version I totally recommend it

The first half a scholarly work of sociology/history, the Beatles' career track by track is simply the most perceptive and best-detailed work on the Fabs I've read. Briliiant book!
