I usually cannot fault WoB. I am disappointed this time the book contains highlighting across a number of pages. With this type of book I like to highlight sections relevant to me. I have contacted WoB they asked for evidence which I have provided, but now despite further messages from me they are not responding. I understand the book is 2nd hand so won’t be perfect, but I don’t feel highlighting is acceptable, unless it is stated in the description, so buyers are already aware.

I think this item (which was one of four bought at the same time as part of a special offer) had to be re-despatched. I told them it didn't arrive with the other books so they made arrangements to get it to me ASAP. They said it would be despatched within 48 hours and it was despatched within 24. I had it on my doorstep in 3 days, in very good condition as described. Very happy with the price and the service, highly recommended seller. Very professional.
