Takes the stress out of weaning
As a first time mum, weaning can be a tad stressful. Enter Ella's Kitchen. Not only is this cookbook full of very easy to do, nutritious recipes, but it's also helped inspire me to modify the recipes- and come up with my own. It's super encouraging and helps you feel confident about feeding your baby. I would definitely recommend adding this to your bookshelf. Very well written and easy to follow
My daughter was given so much conflicting advice about how and when to wean her baby. Bought her his book and my little grandson in now thriving and loving the meals. The recipes are easy to follow and simple to make, even for my daughter who by her own admission s not the most confident cook. I would recommend this book to all mums who are about to start weaning their babies.

Lots of ideas in this book to give you the confidence to start weaning. I would have liked it if the recipes told you what nutrient benefits each one offered, e.g iron etc, but overall lots of recipes and all look quick and simple to do.
