Great recipes and well written.
I got this book as I couldn’t find many Gluten-free bread recipes. This has quite a few and even one for the bread machine. I read one review that stated the book didn’t have enough photos- I don’t agree, personally I feel it has the right amount, but I also think you should have more than just the basic idea of baking, you should actually have some things in the past. There are plenty of recipes, sadly no doughnut ones, which I’m still on the hunt for- but this book could keep baking for ages.I got this book as I couldn’t find many Gluten-free bread recipes. This was purchased for a friend who has a recent diagnosis of coeliac disease. As it's for Christmas it hasnt been used as yet but looks very good. There are lots of recipes that are easy to follow. I'm sure she will be delighted with this.

I like Phil’s explanations for things and the fact that he has updated his flour mixes from his Seriously Good books. In addition he gives a breakdown of the flours and quantities so you don’t need to make up a full batch.
