Ds3 replacement key fob
The item turned up on time and looked the part. Unfortunately that was the only thing going for it. Issue 1 none of the high street lock smiths will cut someone else's key blade in case it breaks their machinery. Eventually found a company to to it at a cost of £40. Transfered the electronics and clipped it back together. The first and every time I have used it the force of twisting the key then causes it to fall apart leaving you hunting round the floor in the dark for the immobiliser chip. Slightly different to original key. Always comes apart when opening fuel cap pr turning in ignition. Then your sitting there for ages trying to reset the spring. You can’t switch blades over. Took me a lot of work to switch blades over and it’s just a nightmare all round really, such a shame
